幼儿身心发展规律的一日生活


Guanhua Daily Routine:Agree with the Mental and Physical Development Patterns of Young Children


启蒙园的理念特别提到「视幼儿为自然之子,遵循其身心发展规律。」,孩子的生活节奏需满足身心灵的步调,除了生活自理的学习外,穿插教师设计的「启蒙教育」,每天不疾不徐的过生活,有温暖与爱陪伴着,让孩子在做中学、在关系中成长、在游戏中求进步。


In the philosophy of our kindergarten, special emphasis is given to “looking at children as the son of the nature whose mental and physical development follows certain patterns”. Children’s rhythm of life has to be in tune with their mental and physical development patterns. Besides the teaching of basic self-care skills, the teacher also designs the “formative education” activities featuring moderately paced life, love and companionship. With the formative education model, the children are able to learn through practice, grow in relationships and progress while playing games.

 

8:00 - 9:00 入园、身心健康活动

入园晨检,开启身心健康活动,让孩子在花园、游戏场,自由奔跑、玩耍,同时在教师设计的大肢体游戏中,得到身体锻鍊,情境中加入音乐带动幼儿身心投入。

Morning chek-up; Activities to improve mental and physical health,e.g., free play in gardens and playgrounds, physical exercises in games designed by the teacher with music played to heighten the appeal of the game.

 

9:00 - 9:30 早点

游戏后,更换衣物、简单清洁,补充元气,享受营养早点心,缓和在户外游戏的动态气氛。

After the games, the children are asked to change clothes, clean up a bit, eat some deserts for breakfast to replensih energy after outdoor exerciese.

此时段为观化教育的核心,教师与孩子围坐一圈,由晨间阅读开启,分享今天即将要探索的活动,孩子可以选择进行想参与及感兴趣的节气活动,教师在过程中给予支持、引导与陪伴,让孩子在做中学、在关系中成长、在游戏中求进步。

This period is the core of Guanhua Education. The teacher and children sit in a circle and begin morning reading. The teacher would tell the children what activities are available for today. The children can choose the solar term activities they are interested in and take part in them. The teacher give support, guidance and company when the children learn through practice, grow in relationships and progress while playing games.


11:00 - 12:00  午餐

午餐前准备用餐环境,协助摆放桌花、桌巾、餐具。开饭前,教师简单分享今日餐点使用的食材与营养,让幼儿从分享中认识食物,愿意尝试各种营养的餐点,最后带领幼儿感谢我们拥有的食物,及白天游戏中快乐与爱的故事。享用午餐的同时,教师以身教传承用餐礼仪,学习细嚼慢咽、坐姿、餐后清洁...。启蒙园是孩子的第二个家,家的味道从每日的幸福午餐和教师愛与陪伴慢慢形成。

 

Before lunch, the children are asked to help place tableflower, tablecloth and tableware. The teacher gives a general introducation about the food ingredients and their nourishment to increase the children’s knowledge of food and their willingness to eat nutritious food. The teacher also encourages the children to express appreciation for the food they eat and share with the rest of the class the stories of love and happiness happening to them when playing games. During lunch, the teach instructs the children to follow table manners by example, including the proper way to chew, to sit, and to clean up after dinner. Our kindergarten is the second home for the children, and the feeling of home comes from the teachers’ love and care crystallized in details such as the way of having lunch every day.

幼儿简单完成自理活动 - 如厕、漱口、更衣,让幼儿在午睡故事与轻音乐中,预备休息气氛。

The children go to the bathroom, gargle, and change clothes by themselves. Story-telling and light music are used to create a mood for napping.


14:30 - 15:00  启蒙游戏

午睡后,幼儿精神充足,教师设计各式启蒙游戏让幼儿体验,其中有英语绘本故事游戏,从故事中延伸歌唱律动、小游戏,让幼儿在自然语境中学习英文。

When the children are refreshed after the nap, the teacher would engage the children in various formative educational games, for example, the games based on the English picture book stories. The children sing and dance according to the storyline, and at the same time, learn English in a natural language context.

15:30 - 16:00  收拾、静心启蒙活动、离园

幼儿收拾自己个人物品,养成良好的自理习惯,离园前,教师带领幼儿回顾一天的活动,教师带领从呼吸练习、放松伸展至静坐的活动,让孩子透过音乐的各种旋律调整自身的情绪感受,以达到静心的效果,结束丰盛愉快的一天。

Before the children leave the kindergarten, they are asked to pack up their own belongings on their own. The teacher helps them review what happened in the day and instructs them to take breathing exercise, stretching exercie and meditation. The day is ended with the children adjusting their emotion and perception, with the help of music, to a calm and relaxed state.

 

16:00 -  18:00  加托 「启蒙游戏」

16:00 -  18:00  Afterschool Formative Educational Games

 

课后延伸的启蒙游戏,以大肢体游戏、律动、故事分享、益智教具操作、扮演游戏为主的,由外教主带领,中教协同之游戏时间。

Afterschool games mainly include physical games, dancing, story sharing, playing toys for educational use and role play. This session is led by foreign teachers and assisted by Chinese teacher
